What is our return/exchange policy?
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days if:
. Original receipt is provided;
. Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
. Within 30 days from the original purchase date;
. Gift items must include a gift receipt. Any refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including: Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
. As-is items;
. Items damaged or abused;
. Items missing any accessories;
. Opened items;
. Breast pumps;
. All lotions and shampoo products;
. Swim wear;
. Christening Clothes;
. Halloween Costumes
Shipping Charge Policy On Refunds And Exchanges
Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply on replacement items unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product being returned. According to our Exchange and Return Period policy, the same product will be re-shipped.
Coordinate A Return
Please contact Customer Service at info@littledreamers.boutique to assist with your return prior to shipping your package back to us. This will help to ensure your return will be authorized for a refund.
We allow you to send the items back in whichever way is convenient for you! We recommend having the package tracked and insured for your peace of mind, but this is completely up to you. Please Note: Return and Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made on our part.
Refund Method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method. We reserve the right to deny any return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once the package is received and carefully inspected, it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 2-3 business days to be reflected on your account. (In rare cases, you may see it on your next statement.)
