Exchange Policy


We accept exchanges only within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions: The original receipt is provided,  item(s) are new, unopened, and in their original packaging; the exchange is requested within 30 days of purchase date; Gift items must include a gift receipt.
Please note: We do not offer refunds. Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:
  • Clearance items (All sales are final)
  • As-is items
  • Items that are damaged, abused, or missing accessories
  • Opened items
  • Lotions and shampoo products
  • Swimwear
  • Christening clothes
  • Halloween costumes

Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply for replacement items, unless the exchange is for a defective product—in that case, the same item will be re-shipped at no additional cost.

You are welcome to use any shipping method that’s convenient for you. While we recommend using a trackable and insured service for your peace of mind, the choice is entirely yours.
